How to Submit a Request - To process your request, please use one of the following methods:

  1. Direct Form: Fill out the contact form below. Please specify in the message field which action you want us to take (Access, Rectification, or Erasure).

  2. By Email - Send an email to geral@polyprix.com with the subject line "Personal Data Request". To speed up the process, please contact us using the email address associated with your customer account.

Security and Response Time - Your account security is our top priority. After you submit a request, we may contact you to verify your identity and ensure the request is legitimate. Your request will be processed free of charge and completed within the legal timeframes established by applicable data protection laws (usually within 30 days).
